I was thinking it was before my time (First visit was in 1973)
My last Butlins trip as a child was to Ayr in 1980 and don't remember them, having said that I was never good enough to win any of the competitions
The one I acquired for my collection is either very worn, over polished or was a Bronze colour.
The picture make it look bigger than it is, it's about the size of a 50p
